The Ridgeline | Ski-In 4BR Mountain Contemporary

Welcome home to this newly constructed, 3160 square foot mountain contemporary Ridgeline townhome. With ski-in access, a private hot tub, and a short walk to the Canyons Village base, this is the perfect spot for your mountain vacation. With 4BRs (plus an entertainment room with pullout sofa) and 5 full baths, there's plenty of space here for your whole group!

Start your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen with all new Thermador appliances. Take the short walk (3-4 mins to Sunrise Lift, or a couple mins more to the Red Pine Gondola) and enjoy a day on the slopes of Park City.

When the day is done, ski back right to your home via the ski-in trail (snow conditions permitting) and relax in the hot tub while you watch the sunset over the mountains. Settle in for a movie night in front of the fireplace, or get ready and head out for a night at any of the Canyons Village restaurants, or Main Street in downtown Park City (a 10 minute Uber). Covid Cancellation
In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1. If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2. If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
