Canyons Ridge - Brand New Ski In Townhouse

Come home to this newly constructed (2022), mountain contemporary Canyons Ridgeline town-home!

This spacious brand new construction home, spread over 3000 square foot, was furnished by a local interior design firm and features 5 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms with plenty of room for family and friends.

Please note - Canyons Ridge is a new development and there is still some construction going on in the area during day time hours - there may be workers, vehicles, etc on the street.

Start your day with breakfast in the gourmet kitchen with all new Thermador appliances. Take the short walk (2-3 mins to Sunrise Lift, or a couple mins more to the Red Pine Gondola) and enjoy a day on the slopes and trails of Park City Mountain.

When the day is done, ski back right to your home via the ski-in trail (PLEASE NOTE - snow and mountain conditions permitting) and relax in the hot tub while you watch the sunset over the mountains. You can then settle in front of the fireplace for a movie night, or get ready and head out for a night at any of the Canyons Village restaurants, or Main Street in downtown Park City (a 10 minute Uber). Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1. If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2. If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.
