Old Town 6BR | Steps to Town Lift & Main St

Bring the whole group together in the heart of Old Town Park City at Motherlode. Town Lift is less than a minute away, and Main Street’s restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife are just one block from the property.

This unique 6-bedroom retreat combines two adjoining townhomes connected by interior sliding doors on the main level, allowing guests to move easily between both homes or close the doors for added privacy.

Together, the homes sleep up to 16 guests and offer six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, two powder rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, multiple living spaces, in-unit laundry, central air conditioning, and private garage parking.

It is an ideal setup for extended families, multiple families, and larger groups who want to stay together without giving up space or privacy.

This unique 6-bedroom property combines two adjoining Old Town townhomes into one spacious retreat for up to 16 guests. The doors can also be closed when separate living areas or additional privacy are preferred.

Each townhome has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, powder room, in-unit washer and dryer, and private garage parking. With two complete homes, larger groups have plenty of room to gather while still being able to spread out.
